3 Steps to Meditate

1.Recall

Recall the remembered thoughts & emotions stored inside of the images of your life lived.

2.Reflect

Reflect on the pictures in order to increase self-awareness. Become aware of your habits and attachments, ​becoming conscious of who you are from a greater perspective: the Universe.

3.Release

Let go of the pictures to release thoughts & emotions that are stored inside the brain. Train your brain to know that the illusion is not real and to throw it away from the perspective of the Universe.
