How Do I Start Online Meditation?


To start, you can join one of our free meditation introductions, or enroll in 1 month of online guided meditation. The best way is to give it a try for 1 month to experience the benefits for yourself. Then we will email you a Zoom link to join the class.




What is This Meditation About?


Hollywood Sunset Meditation is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. Unlike other meditation practices, which originate from a certain meditation school or religious background, this meditation is a non-denominational meditation that provides a method for all people regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, culture, education, religion, etc.




How Is This Meditation Different From Other Types of Meditation?


Most techniques allow people to feel temporary relief from their burdens, but as they go back to normal life, their mind also go back to its normal state. Meditation is not about suppressing the mind. We will teach you how to discard the root cause of your pain and burden through our guided meditation method. This will allow you to see countless changes in your mental and emotional state.




What do you mean? "Throwing away" and, "letting go"?


The best way to know is through actual practice. The body is a recording device that stores everything into one's mind. Within those stored memories are countless thoughts and emotions. So through guided meditation, you can release the pictures and corresponding thoughts and emotions.

How Can I Join Meditation in the Park?


Meditation in the Park takes place every weekend at Holmby Park, Beverly HIlls, CA. Meditation in the Park is a wonderful event where we get fresh air and let go of stress as we stretch, practice laughing exercise, tell our meditation story and have a meditation session. Let's all meditate!
