Anxiety means one becomes anxious when one can not handle his or her mind.

When one throws away the conditions that caused anxiety from one’s life lived, and throws away that life lived entirely, then anxiety disappears.

In this 45 minute session we will have a short lecture and a free trial meditation where we will discard some of the root cause of your anxiety, which will leave you feeling lighter, happier, and more relaxed.

When practiced over time, this meditation can completely eliminate anxiety from your life.
