This class consists of breathing exercises and yoga poses that support deep relaxation.
Restorative yoga alleviates stress, reduces anxiety, increases flexibility, and releases tension in the muscles with supported positions that are held for several minutes each. With consistent practice, this form of yoga has also been known to improve circulation, eliminate fatigue, improve digestion, and lower blood pressure.
Guided by Tamara, a former gymnast who has been practicing yoga since 2011. She is an avid fan of hot yoga, barre, pilates, and meditation. Her classes are always held outdoors and on a beautiful beach-front view to reflect her love for the ocean and mother nature.
